We offer the following unbundled services, chosen and paid for separately. Sellers can chose the services they wish to purchase and email Home Wise or call the broker at 614-432-7325 to charge these services on either MC, Visa or Discover. In the case of negotiating services, those services are paid for out of closing and the title company will send Home Wise a check for them.

2. You have found the buyer: I will write
the contract, assist in locating financing for
the buyer and shepherd to closing .............. 1.5% of sale price , which must be a minimum of
$1,000

3. Listing in second MLS....................................$100.00 payable at service by MC, Visa or Discover

4. 5 Additional photos.........................................$ 50.00 payable at service by MC, Visa or Discover
(MLS regulates the number of photos that can be
posted)

5. Extra Signs (1 sign is free).............................$ 10.00 each payable at service by MC, Visa or Discover

6. Comparable Market Analysis.........................Free with listing (you have to ask for it).

7. Attend Closing (Central OH only).................$500.00 payable at closing by title company check

9. Combination Lockbox.....................................$30.00 payable at serivce
